Best Buy Launching The Palm Pre?

According to WebOSArena, retail giant Best Buy will be the exclusive carrier of the Palm Pre for up to two months - at the moment, this is purely rumor, with WebOS Arena adding that a “credible source” revealed this to them.

However, the partnership does make some sense as this would not be the first time Sprint launched something exclusivley with Best Buy; they launched the Samsung Instinct in this way last summer.

In other news, PCMag have stated that Analysts believe the Pre will cost somewhere in the $199 to $249 range with contract; this sounds realistic to us, though again it is purely speculation.

$199-$249 sounds pretty good to me, depending on Tariffs obviously.

I *really* want this phone.

It’s cool fansites are popping up already - great work. I’ve subscribed. :)

Thanks for the complements Josh!

The price speculated does sound reasonable, let’s just hope it is not much higher.
